Michael’s food industry journey began at 16 as a busboy and deepened as he gained hands-on experience through college. Seeking new opportunities, he moved his family to Southern California, where he brought his vision to life: delivering exceptional deli products to Mom & Pop shops, local markets, and major retailers from San Diego to Malibu.
